As if he needed any more bad news, Charlie Sheen may have just lost his hopes of avoiding jail time for attacking his wife Brooke Mueller, as his ex-wife Denise Richards is on the Prosecutor’s witness list for his upcoming trial.

According to a report, the “Wild Things” actress may be called to testify against Sheen, given that she also complained of domestic abuse while they were married.
