It’s been nearly two weeks since she was rushed to the hospital after going into convulsions, and now Demi Moore’s whereabouts following her emergency visit to a Los Angeles, CA medical facility have been discovered

While speculation over the location of her recovery has had the Internet abuzz, a report from E! Online tells that the 49-year-old has checked into Cirque Lodge in Utah.

Stating that Miss Moore is undergoing treatment for addiction and an eating disorder, E!’s insider said, “She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people.”

Meanwhile, Demi’s camp is yet to confirm the actresses location, as the only official statement which has been given since her medical emergency is that she is seeking “professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.”

Report: Demi Moore is Receiving Treatment in Rehab

Paying tribute to the league’s best over the past season, the 2012 NFL Honors were held at the Murat Theatre in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday evening (February 4).

Hosted by Alec Baldwin and featuring a performance by Lenny Kravitz, plenty of star power joined in on the celebration with “Twilight” hunk Taylor Lautner, “Entourage” actress Emmanuelle Chriqui and “Smash” star Katharine McPhee all making appearances.

With Jimmy Fallon, Chris Evans and Jon Hamm also in attendance, one of the highlights of the night saw newly-single singer Katy Perry join Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton onstage to present a trophy.

While announcing one off the winners, Miss Perry playfully flirted with Newton, as she said, “You’ll be the first straight man I’ve had a photo with in a long time, so live up to it.”

Cam, who won Offensive Rookie of the Year honors during the ceremony, then offered up a big grin as he replied, “I am.”

2012 NFL Honors: A Star-Studded Celebration

Holding one of the biggest bashes of what’s already been an event-laden weekend, Rolling Stone’s Bacardi Bash: 150 Years of Rocking The Party went down in in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday night (February 4).

Held at The Crane Bay, the guest list included “Twilight” actress Nikki Reed and her “American Idol” alum husband Paul McDonald, as well as actresses Alyssa Milano and Anna Faris, who brought her father Jack along for the Super Bowl soiree.

With other celebrities turning up including Pete Wentz, Joe Manganiello, Lance Bass and Neon Hitch, partygoers were treated to performances by LMFAO, Lupe Fiasco, Cobra Starship and Gym Class Heroes.

Of hosting the elaborate music-focused fete during the NFL Championship weekend, Rolling Stone publisher Matt Mastrangelo said, “In the past probably 10 years, football has become such a big entertainment vehicle. Spending the weekend doing what she loves most, Lea Michele was spotted combing the racks at Barneys New York on Saturday (February 4).

Offering up a new look at the much-awaited fairy tale based film, a still of Lily Collins channeling Snow White in “Mirror Mirror” has just been released.

The comedy/action-adventure picture also stars Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen and Armie Hammer as Prince Andrew Alcott.

Directed by Tarsem Singh, the film sees Miss Collins’ character as “an exiled princess who enlists the help of seven resourceful rebels to win back her birthright in a magical adventure comedy filled with jealousy, romance, and betrayal.”

Also starring Nathan Lane, Robert Emms, Michael Lerner and Sean Bean, “Mirror Mirror” is set to hit theaters on March 16, 2012.
