He’s always up to something crazy, and it seems Flavor Flav’s antics have finally caught up with him.

According to Gossip Cop, the Public Enemy rapper was arrested over the weekend in Las Vegas after being pulled over for a traffic stop.

Upon running his record, the police discovered that the “Flavor of Love” character had four outstanding warrants.

Despite insisting she is innocent, Lindsay Lohan will reportedly plead no contest to the misdemeanor theft charges she faces over a necklace.

According to TMZ, the 24-year-old is ready to accept responsibility and movie on with her life, as her lawyer, Shawn Holley, will go back to Judge Stephanie Sautner as early as next week to enter the plea in the case.

Lindsay has already been handed to a 120 day jail sentence for a probation violation, along with 480 hours of community service.

Sources have revealed that Lohan and her legal team believe that the judge will not add additional prison time on the theft charge, which would mean that LiLo would serve only her original 120 days and that would end it.

Meanwhile, Katy, who is married to British funnyman Russell Brand, has just filed suit against Australia’s “NW” magazine after they printed a claim that the she was involved in an “intimate relationship” with record producer Benny Blanco.

According to TMZ, the “Gossip Girl” stud has agreed to “a pretrial diversion program,” that could get the whole ordeal expunged from his record.

Chace will have to adhere to certain conditions and criteria for the next twelve months to determine whether or not he’ll qualify for the deal.

As part of a settlement regarding a $50 million defamation lawsuit against them, Star magazine has issued a front page apology to Katie Holmes.

The massive mea culpa is delivered in this week’s issue and comes after the tabloid falsely suggested the “The Kennedys” star was addicted to drugs.

Having just reached an undisclosed monetary settlement, the publication has also been forced to give a rare formal apology to Miss Holmes.

The mag’s statement reads, “In a recent issue of Star, we published headlines about Katie Holmes that could be read to suggest that she was addicted to drugs. Star did not intend to suggest that Ms. Holmes was a drug addict or was undergoing treatment for a drug addiction. The former “Two and a Half Men” star plunked down $22,000 to bail the former baseball stud out of jail after he was arrested for embezzlement.

Dykstra was stuck in the slammer for a week when the judge held him on $150,000 bail, but Charlie finally came to the rescue by fronting 15% for a bond.

Radar Online reports that suspect Nathan Parada’s felony burglary trial is scheduled to get underway in a Van Nuys California courtroom today (April 25).

The socialite told Radar, “The detectives came to my house last week to serve a subpoena to let me know we were to take the stand and testify against the intruder.”

The YouTube sensation was reportedly nabbed by police in Huntsville, Alabama on Saturday morning (April 23) while being charged with possession of marijuana.

Not the most serious of charges, Antoine was booked at the local jail on the misdemeanor count before being released a short while later.

Antoine Dodson Busted for Marijuana Possession

Tending to her ongoing legal proceedings, Lindsay Lohan turned up at the Los Angeles courthouse to face the judge on Friday morning (April 22).

The “Mean Girls” starlet met up with her faithful and always-busy lawyer Shawn Holley for a scheduled preliminary trial hearing in regards to accusations of grand theft and a resulting probation violation.

With the case being passed on to Judge Sautner, Lohan’s court date came about after she refused to make a plea deal while fighting claims that she stole a $2500 necklace from Kamofie & Company jewelry store.

In a victory for the actress, the judge has done as expected and reduced the theft count from a felony to a misdemeanor following the lengthy 4 hour hearing.

On the downside, Judge Sautner did end up declaring the 24-year-old in violation of probation – with the penalty to be decided after a verdict is reached in her upcoming misdemeanor theft trial.
