The happy couple lodged up at The Terranea Resort, where they were pampered by the exclusive getaway’s staff before leaving the locale to head to the hospital on Friday (April 29).

With everything going as well as could be hoped for, Miss Carey gave birth to a healthy boy and girl on Saturday – as her rep, Cindi Berger, told People, “I spoke to both of them and they are both completely overjoyed.”

Meanwhile, Cannon took to Twitter hours after his son and daughter’s arrival, as the new father excitedly wrote, “My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life!”

Continuing to expand their family, Kevin James has become a new father – as his wife has given birth to their first son.

The “Grown Ups” star and his wife, Steffiana de la Cruz, welcomed Kannon Valentine James into the world on Easter Sunday (April 24) in Boston, Massachusetts.

The newborn is the couple’s third child – they are also parents to daughters Sienna-Marie, 5, and Shea, 3.

Looking fuller-figured and healthier than ever, Demi Lovato treated herself to a shopping spree in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon (April 21).

The “Camp Rock” cutie stopped by the Urban Outfitters shop in search of some new duds after getting prettied up at a local salon.

The outing comes after the Disney star recently revealed in an upcoming 20/20 segment that she is bipolar and was treated professionally to help treat her bulimia.

In an interview with People Magazine, Lovato told, “I never found out until I went into treatment that I was bipolar.”

“Looking back it makes sense,” she said of her diagnosis. “There were times when I was so manic, I was writing seven songs in one night and I’d be up until 5:30 in the morning.”

Having been treated at Timberline Knolls in Illinois, the center tells of their warning clues of an eating disorder, “Anorexia nervosa, bulimia, and overeating disorders can have numerous combinations of signs, symptoms and causes. Additionally, several other eating and body image disorders are closely related to anorexia and bulimia, including orthorexia, body dysmorphic disorder, and exercise addiction.”

The well-regarded facility adds, “Many people who suffer with eating disorders show no outward signs, but still experience overwhelming internal feelings that prompt them to rely on symptoms to control intense pain, anxiety or other troubling emotions. Eating disorders are not a phase of adolescence or an expression of vanity. It is critical for a sufferer to seek medical treatment for eating disorders at the earliest sign of symptoms. Three months after leaving rehab, Demi Lovato has courageously opened up about her bipolar disorder.

The Disney star has admitted her struggles with anorexia, bulimia and cutting, but mostly recently revealed how she found out that she suffered from being bipolar as well.

In an interview with People Magazine, Lovato told, “I never found out until I went into treatment that I was bipolar.”

Taking an unexpected spill into the river below, Ali Fedotowsky was taken to the hospital after a weekend (April 17) kayaking accident with fiance Roberto Martinez in La Jolla, CA.

The former “Bachelorette” star’s rep told press, “Ali and Roberto had a little mishap when their kayak capsized this weekend. Ali was taken to the hospital and had 5 staples put in her head,” adding that, “Roberto was fantastic– he kept her calm and took great care of her. She is doing fine, and actually off to work this morning.”

Ali took to her Twitter page earlier today (April 18) to personally say thanks to her followers for all the support, writing, “Thanks so much everyone for your concern. Big headache, but managed to hide staples w/hair part and I am back at work this morning.”
