When you’ve been spotting celebrities as long as I have, you notice the little things . . . like the way Lauren Conrad has mastered using makeup. Back in 2007, she could have gotten lost in a crowd looking pretty in pearls. Three short years later, LC is glowing like a true It Girl. The harsh lighting in the first pic doesn’t help—but neither picture has been Photoshopped. Isn’t it remarkable what a little press powder can do?
